The US Open Tennis Tournament is the final event of the four major tennis events that make up the Grand Slam. The US Open is held in the last weeks of August and the first weeks of September, straddling the Labor Day holiday with its 2 weeks of play. The US Open was first played officially in 1968 at the West Side Tennis Club in Queens; though the Tennis Tournaments that eventually merged to create the US Open had been operating since 1887.
The US Tennis Open moved in 1978 to its current home in Flushing Meadows and the US Open now takes up residence at the USTA National Tennis Center. With the main tournaments being played in the Arthur Ashe and the Louis Armstrong Stadiums there are more than 30 additional Tennis courts surrounding the 2 stadiums. Ashe Stadium has a capacity of more than 22,000 fans and Armstrong Stadium has a capacity of more than 10,000 fans, allowing thousands of fans from around the world to view the US Open Tournaments at the USTA Tennis Center each year.

I made an order through the website today and due to my mistake, I made an incorrect order. I called right away early in the morning and spoke with a rep named Joe. Joe was able to take my information and assist me with adjusting my seats to a better deal since all sales were final. I had also not updated my credit card address (again, my bad) and was advised the tickets will need to go to the address to the credit card. The website allowed me to enter a shipping address and I was confused on this situation but, nevertheless, Joe was able to assist with being able to ship the tickets to the address I will receive them at.
Working for customer service for a large gaming company I am always grateful when I am able to get a rep that is patient and easy to talk with. Joe was great today and was able to get the issue resolved within a few hours. Incredible work!
In the future I will do a better job of not waking up and rushing to try to make a purchase. With the help provided, I am a satisfied customer and will be purchasing more through this service.
